Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, delivery companies have experienced delays while getting your package to you. Rest assured, We are still processing and sending out orders as usual, but your local post office may be experiencing delays due to the situation and we may be unable to deliver to you right now depending on your location and country.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 254 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 254 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.


It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected when checking out. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow between 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. We have warehouses in the UK, USA, Germany, and China. We also use a range of local & international couriers to safely deliver your items. Shipping time varies by location.

If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into your order.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, Once your order has been processed & shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track your order HERE.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. We will do our best to help you out.
